“Couldn't add. Please go to Mi Community to apply for authorization.”

Agradeço se puderem me orientar passo a passo.

Hello, I need help unlocking the bootloader of my Redmi Note 11.

I am currently using Xiaomi HyperOS version 1.0.6.0.TGCINXM.

I have already enabled OEM Unlocking and USB Debugging. However, when I go to Mi Unlock Status and try to select “Add account and device”, I receive the following message:

“Couldn't add. Please go to Mi Community to apply for authorization.”

I would like to request the necessary authorization to unlock my device's bootloader. Could you please explain how I can apply for the authorization through Xiaomi Community and what requirements my account must meet?

Device: Redmi Note 11
OS: HyperOS 1.0.6.0.TGCINXM

I need to unlock the bootloader so I can install a compatible custom ROM and optimize the device for delivery applications such as iFood and Uber.

Thank you for your assistance.
