Xiaomi Earbuds App Not Working Properly with Redmi Buds 5

Dear Xiaomi Support Team,

I am experiencing a problem with the Xiaomi Earbuds application while using my Redmi Buds 5.

The application can detect my earbuds and display their battery percentages, but I cannot open the settings menu. Additionally, the “Find Earbuds” feature does not work properly.

I have already tried using the application, but the problem still persists. I also tried an alternative application, but it did not solve the issue.

I would like to know whether this is a known software problem or a compatibility issue. Could you please provide a solution or let me know if there is an update that can fix this problem?

- Earbuds: Redmi Buds 5
- Smartphone: Redmi Note 14 4G
- Operating system: Xiaomi HyperOS 3
