My Redmi 15C is a dual-SIM standby device. When a call is active on SIM 1, SIM 2 becomes completely unreachable and does not indicate missed calls. Additionally, call waiting on an active SIM does not alert me to a second incoming call. Is there a setting or network configuration to fix this?
